They called my cell and identified themselves as the IRS. I could tell it wasn't the IRS by the fact that their English was SO BAD that even the IRS couldn't hire them. So I advised them to &$!!?@!/ and they ***g up.

I received a call from 202-239-2903 saying there with the IRS when I questioned them they called me a white monkey and said they have to take the next call to take money from another ****** american and ***g up
