Got the call and wondered if it was legit. The man had an Indian accent, and never used my last name or gave the address of my property, so I figured it was a scam right off the bat. Said he was calling from the legal office of Michael Rice, so I called them back. They answered as the criminal ***nch of the IRS, and I told them I had an FBI agent on the other line who wanted to talk to them. They immediately ***g up. Guessing it's just another scam.

Oriental barely speaking english called making some phony claim of IRS case, ***g up when I asked their name

I received the same call and was told all the same things listed on other comments. I gave them NO information or money because I think it is a scam too.

A prac***ioner on a forum said a client got a call from this number threatening seizure and arrest if they didn't pay money today

They called pretending to be IRS saying that there was a criminal investigation out a***nst my name and social security number

I was told that there's an arrest warrant in my name, and I was asked to provide my bank account number, SSN. People, please never ever provide your details to them as such questions will never be asked even if it were to be a real arrest warrant..totally a phony call !!!

total scam, I just had the cops come. told me they were coming to take my cars, credit cards and personal belongings in 2 hours. gave fake badge # and everything.

100% Scam trying to tell me i am being audited by the IRS.

fake IRS agent attempting to collect back taxes, threatened to arrest me if I did not pay by 530. I filed a complaint with the FTC.

This is a fake FBI phone number, a scam to threaten you that there is a warrant a***nst to your name, phone number, and physical location. I spoke to real FBI public office, their officers will never call for a warrant. I reported to FTC (Federal Trade Center).
