I received a cell phone call from 585-633-5914 informing me this was a call from the Federal Trade commission. The caller stated a certified check is waiting for me and I am the only one that claim $150,000 after making payments of $150 until they receive a total amount of $500 for taxes. The caller refuse to provide a sender's address. The previous day I received a call from 202-239-8443 stating he was with the Federal Trade Commission. Is this the Federal Trade Commission or a scam call?

I received a call today (12/30/2013) asking me to send $500 to pay for taxes on $500,000 I had won from Publishers Clearing, House or other magazines. I must send this money today to Officer David Casfied with the Federal Trade Commission or I would forfeit the winning monies. I called from an unknown # and he stated he did not appreciate me calling from an unknown telephone number and ask me to call him back later. I received a telephone call from this company about six months ago asking me to send them the tax money so I did not.
