They would not send any email, paperwork or any communication outlining this. I needed to trust the individual to whom I was speaking. well it can be possible i also received that same call from govt grants dept, but guys govt has provided me my grants money....well i think it depends that you have received a call from right dept or not. I received a call from that same number...
