Both our cellphones NH area code received a call yes****ay. I didn't notice the call until this morning as it was received at 1:45AM according to my call log.Unfortunately with those calls it is always a computer and you have no way to complain or protest when answering these calls...

And there is no **** reason they would call in that particular  manner. There is no telephone survey company by the name of FECO. 09 is the year, RESP could be an abbreviation for Response.Conclusion: People wanting to know if you're a typical Republican.Result: Fail.

I received a call from this number at 8:30PM.. They left me a "voicemail" which is just a recording telling me to call back.  I refuse to talk to anyone that can't get off their a@@eS to speak to me.  It's to the point I'm ready to get rid of my cell and my landline.  This is freaking crazy that they are allowed to constantly call!

It's a political survey. Mine asked if I was registered in NH then proceeded to ask if I was for *** marriage or pro choice. The pre-recording doesn't repeat answers and I don't think the survey is going to be accurate. It's an automated caller going down the list of phone numbers - my boyfriend's phone is four digits away from mine and he was called several minutes before I was.Political research and questions are not telemarketing and therefore do not apply to the Do Not Call Registry. 202 is /always/ political - it's the offices of Washington DC, so I'm going to make a wager that it was ***dley, Shea Porter's opponent for the elections.

JUst received a call from this niumber. Tried to call back , nothing. Does anyone know if we can report them somewhere? I have also received phone calls saying they are calling from my bank but then they say there was nothing wrong with my account they just want to let me know I have won a prize. I was so ****ed! How in***** did I win anything if naver entered a contest totally ******ed

202-461-3459 called on our cell phones which are on the Do No Call List.  Isn't there just so****ing wrong with that?  What gives them the right to call our phones at 8:00P at night, and when we return the call it either rings once or rings without an answer or answering ma****e/service.  I'm sick of them.

several calls, missed try back no answer.  How is it they asre allowed to bypass the no-callers list.  I see from other posts it is from DC.  Is this another privilage that the elected have that I did not grant them through a vote?

There should be a legal way to divert their calls to a 900 number or at least require them to pay a fee to my account every time they call. I will never answer a political survey or any other survey ever a***n because of the abuse of FEC09RESP @ 202-461-3459 and other lowlifes like them. Why are they not required to provide a working number to respond too? Some of the people that they call are not too stable and we wonder why so many people come up missing, dead, or severely injured for no apparent reason. Think about it. I'm glad I'm not in your s***s FEC09RESP @ 202-461-3459. There are too many lunies around for me to play your game. You are a minor irritation to me, but I'm sure that you all are so much more to some others. I'll pray for you.

Called on cell phone. Left no message. Tried to return call. Rang once. Tried a***n. Wouldn't go through. ???Haven't the foggiest. My cell phone up to this point has been free of such calls. Can't say the same for my landline.Best guess is that it is a random dial. I certainly hope they don't keep it up because I made the mistake of trying to return the call, so now they'll have my number.
