Threatening federal criminal charges

we get a call to our office one or twice a day. Usually nothing is said and call is cut off. Once a live person ask for someone who does not work here. They asked for a 2nd person and a***n are not known here. they said they would take us off their list. they continue to call and say nothing. I called this number and got a recording that says they are IC Systems and you get a voice menu. have not talked to a live person yet.

I'm trying to find the owner and I was hoping that there would be some record of who owned this number a few years ago so I could call and ask if they lost their Australian Shepherd which recently had her leg amputated. first a guy call me 4 times ( different dates ) asking for a guy named monjie , i said stop calling me but the insist asking , but are you monjie , i said a***n " stop calling me" and he asked a***n but are you monjie ,then i ***g up. today i received a call from the same number this time was a lady same question : is this monjie"?  i said who is calling she said she was from a ins***ution who help hispanic people to learn Spanish , she asked me do you speak english?  i said "yes" she told me ok that's all i wanted to noand ***g up... seems like she they only wanted to hear a "YES''  i tried to call that number , but they do not pick up... they called tomy cell phone

Calling demanding money

Does anyone know who this might be?

I get 15 to 20 calls a day during the week from 2 or 3 different numbers. I don't answer them, but I am harassed morning noon and night until 9:30 or sometimes as late as 10:00 P.M. I have registered to have the calls blocked but they keep comming. Today is Sunday and I have gotten a call from Dytel a***n.
