S female voice says IRS is fling suit a***nst me. Says to call 205-420-8922

Winthrop White I got a call from someone saying they were with Regions bank, and that they were confirming that a debit card that had just been used was mine and that I had authorized the use. The card was mine, but I hadn't authorized it's use, so the person told me they would cancel the card and issue me a new one. They wouldn't give me their name, or tell me who had tried to take a payment using the card. I went online and did a reverse lookup on the phone number and it was for an unknown party in Birmingham Alabama.
