Called my cell phone which I did not answer. It left no message and no identifying information and to me that says "I am a scam."

I get several calls a day from this area code. No message is ever left. I did call back today and a message stated that this was a fund raising center.

I have been called several times from this number. They never leave a message. I have called back and no one answers..this has to be a telemarketer.
