Called me after I ended a call to Citi. Right away, she asked for my birthday for verification purposes. When I refused to give my number, she ***g up immediately. Definitely a scam.

Says he is from citibank, calling to ask if I'm satisfied with current services, yes or no. Ive heard ofvwcams that recird your voice saying yes, so I contacted the number on the back of my citicard afterwards and they said no calls were made to me. Probable scam.

My god... what is that?  I work from home, so that I can work without disturbance.  They called me twice a day in the past few weeks.  Since I don't like their courtesy calls, I closed my CitiBank account yes****ay and I plan to tell them that today if they call me.
