Robo-call from a company claiming they sent several "courtesy letters" to lower my credit card rate to 6%. Didn't get letters, didn't press "1" to speak to a friendly representative, will not call them back later.

This company or person calls several times every day. Repeated requests to not call a***n have been ignored. My phone number is listed on the National No Call List.

Criminals that have somehow eluded punishment up to now. If you have been victimized by these ****** bags do not hesitate to consult an attorney. The longer they are allowed to operate the more victims they will find.

Acme Inc. The same number called me 212 601-9591 and they also said they were from the ASPCA which they are not because I checked and called NYC ASPCA and they wanted to speak to the home owners and I replied they were not in!!

"Dave" continues to call daily to speak w/the "owner" of the business. He calls one of them by name and acts like he knows him, which I know for a fact is untrue. We are a small family (3 person) business. I have tried all I can think of to discourage him from continuining to call and even asked politely to be removed from his list. He states he cannot remove us as the owner has asked him to call and that I am the one who is acting inapporpriatley in a business setting. I may have finally got him to remove our business from his list as I told him today the "owner" passed away yes****ay. He immediately ***g up.

I, too, just got a call from 1-212-601-9580 and it also had the name of THC which was unfamiliar to me and the reason I did not answer the phone.  This call came at 8:24PM on 7-28-09 and I live in North Georgia. No message was left here, either.

you un-known comment saying that "we" should ask questions and figure out that this is NOT a SCAM! get real! maybe we would be able to ask questions if we could call then number back..for all i'm concerned you could be right along with them...i got the facts maybe you should figure it out yourself! pathetic.
