They have called a number of times.  Sometimes they leave noise as a message on the answeing ma****e.

At 4:30 the phone rang until the answering ma****e picked up.  They then ***g up and immediately the phone rang a***n one time and then disconnected.

Calling after household settled for night, repeatedly

the multiple phone calls are annoying...

I received two calls from this number, both times I wasn't home... 4:47 pm 11/23 and 7:49pm 11/21. They didn't leave a message either time. The two times I tried to call back, they were disconnected. It's says Lake Forest Illinois on both calls.

Just receieved a call, the person was asking for my friend who used to live here.  When he asked for the other persons name, I informed them that they moved and no longer live here.  He stayed silent.  I said to the guy, there is no one by that name that lives here, he then came back with a rude comment "Well of course not, you said he moved!".  He didnt bother to identify himself at all until I asked at which point he said his name was "John", never informed me who he was from, but rather stayed silent on the telephone. I then ***g up on the guy, he has not called back (yet). They call me at least twice a day.  I am on the DO NOT CALL LIST, how can these people call me?

They just called and couldn't*****ounce the last name. Could've been a guess or honest attempt, but since it was so hard to understand them, we just ***g up. Somebody catch this company. Please

Repeated calling. No messages. Return calls receive disconected line message. May be a recording rather than an official disconnection.

When I pick up they **** up. I try to call back to see who it is and they say the number is unavailable

We got the call too :P I work for a telemarketing company and I know my Illinois law well. They have no right to call your home at any time unless you approve of it and if call volume continues at your home you have every right to take more action! Personally I'm ready with my phone voice recorder and a lawyer so this company better hope they know their stuff and is ready for legal action to come their way. See ya' in court BOYS! I urge the rest of you to put your phones on speaker during this phone call and make a recording of every word these skammers say so we have full good evidence of what is going on.

same as everyone else, they called and we returned the call 5 minutes later and a recording said the number was disconnected, how can you have just called, at nite mind you a its off?

they have called twice and my mom has told them i am not at the number they are calling, so i am not sure what is going on

This person has called a few times and is looking for a donation for the Vets.  He is rude and will not stop calling!  I would like to file a complaint.  I have asked him not to call each time he has called.

i got a call from them and answered it.  they say they are a charity called illinois vietnam veterans.  i had to say "hello" about 3 times before he answered me.  then he asked for a person who doesn't live here anymore.  when i told him that he asked if i was the head of the house, i said no.  he got snippy with me saying "well you LIVE there don't you?!"  i decided to find out who this guy was.  the guy told me they help homeless vets but was very ***ue about how they help.  he was high pressure about getting me to agree to send them money.  he said they would send out a packet and i would have 2 weeks to get the money to them.  i told him i always check into charities and usually give locally so i know where my money is going.  he gave me an 800 number: 800-379-6730 which he said is in downers grove, il.  then he went back to pressuring me to agree to send money.  when i checked into the charity and the 800 number it turns out it may well be a scam.  apparently the company doing the calling is being investigated.  here's a link to one place that has some information:   http://www.pownetwork.org/phonies/phonies310.htmit disgusts me that they try to make money off the veterans.  there are plenty of local places where i can give money to help veterans.this is most likely a scam.

Ive had several calls from this number..i dont get what it is...no one answers when you pick up and say*****o...

Weird.  Call this number back and get a recording of "this number has been disconnected or no longer in service".  How can that be when just 20 minutes ago they tried to call??????

Received a call from (224) 212-9609 last night. On the caller ID, it says "Lake Forest, IL". It was silent when I picked up.
