SKALA VICTORIA name on Caller ID, calls me and I answered it only to hear nothing from the other side and ****s up.

Someone text my phone and said somebody gave them the wrong number. I believe it's a scam or someone just playing games. They say they are from New York but live in Texas with an Illinois phone number. Kind of fishy. They were quick to send a pic too.
