The woman claimed she represented Bank of America and is a debt reduction service.  She is definitely an "offs**** person" who can't speak a word of English.  I told her to remove my name and phone number from their database and to stop calling me.  She got mad and became very upset and then ***g up.  What the F...?  They should all be ****!!!!!!
