These guys run an advertising scam where they play you a radio commercial that purports to be a public service announcement sponsored by your business. They send you a bill even if you do not want to buy the ad campaign and then they call you every month saying you owe them money. Beware that it is a straight-up scam. Do not send them any money.

Called, but left no message. Caller ID reads: Private caller. Dex Knows reports it as a cell phone from Arlington Heights, IL. On call-back, the number is busy.

They are offering a free home security system which i'm sure is not free. The caller ID is MYMEDICALRECORD which is just a way to get you to answer.

I did not answer the phone.  Just for fun I called back and got a polite woman I could not understand--India maybe?  She asked who I was and I said you people called me.  She did not respond.  I then asked the name of her company several times--each time she told me I absolutely could not understand what she was saying.  I finally asked her to spell it.  That was even more amusing.  I gave up and told her that she must have called me by mistake.  She agreed.  At least I think she agreed.  Heck, I'm not at all sure what she said....

This number and SixTelllcChi showed on caller ID.  Don't know anybody in Chi -Town. We never answer unknown callers.

Just received a call from this number. I was on another call when I picked it up and it was an India sounding male asking me something and I hung up. I tried to call the number back and it automatically cut me off.

I've just started recv'd calls from this number on my wireless phone...

Calls multiple times per day.

"Six Tellchi" on the caller ID. Not sure why they called. Will update on this list if they call again.

This number calls repeatedly my cell and our business leaving no message. Its a total pain!They always go through to your voicemail and yet they say nothing?  Just noise in the background?Don't know where they get my number or why they are calling but it's harassment and I'm pretty annoyed that I can't stop it!

How do we keep these people from calling us? I have my number listed on the no-call list, but I still get these harassing calls. Got one this morning from this number and didn't answer. Came here instead. G

Got a call this morning, he was very rude and would not give any information, just wanted to speak with the owner of the business. He said it was a community service opprotunity but wouldn't give any information, got a name, Ryan. Hope he doesn't call back!

I got a call from this number and I was ask about my business & wanted to confirm personal things . She would not tell me who she was or what company she work for. I told her i was busy and could not provide her any information without knowing why & what were her intention.She would not answer I hung up her.

Tryed to do the raido scam on me. Lets gang up and each leave a crap load of voice mails like they do to us. I left about 50 today so far today. Im also going to call Chicago P.D.

Called asking for the owner, asked which one, he said "The better looking one" which got a chuckle. Asked for a name of the owner, and he didn't have it. He knew he was busted, but he told me what he was wanting to offer.Was looking to offer a sponsorship opportunity. Told him it's a bad time of year to be asking a carpet cleaning company to hand out money, and advised him to try again in March-April (spring).Was a personable guy, thanked me for the minute, and he was on his way. Efficient, friendly, and knows when he's beat. Hats off for that much at least.

They call every day 3-4 times a day including weekends. Gets very annoying.

Call & ask for the owner over & over, but they will not leave any messages..

Caller itentified himself as Darrel.  He asked if the "boss man" was around.  I told him he shouldn't call back again.  There were other phone room voices in the background.

They are a radio advertiser for a company called National Advertisers Accounting their main number is 1-800-643-5084 and they advertise for stations like ESPN and talk radio stations.  They do not work for an actual radio station.  I have done business with them twice now where I paid $504 for 7 spots and my add was played on the air as promised.  The issue I had with them was their people are very rude and it sounds like a bunch of thugs you are dealing with.  They do get your add on the air so I can't say it is a scam but I won't be doing any future business with them since it didn't draw any new customers to my business but I can't blame them for that, the add I must say was very professional.  Also they do not like to take no for an answer and they will talk to you like they are your best friends.

These people are constantly calling for someone who we dont know. they insist that we know that person. They make rude and just plain mean comments

Contacted by a Mr. Doyle and he asked for the Owner, who was not in at the time. I then asked him if he would like to leave a message and he hung up the phone. This man was very rude, I wonder how they believe by making these annoying cold call that they would get any decent person to want there services or products. It may just be some type of fraud.

Calls Cell phone and Hangs up

Someone called me from this number. they had a pre recorded radio commercial with my company name.Sounded real, until I asked them to send me paper work. They started harassing me for my credit card number to book the add. I contacted the radio station. They said they never hear of them. They call two to three times a day. Tried calling back but the mail box is always full.

CID says from Arlington Heights, which is in Chicago IL..  Said he wanted to do business with my business, but I refused to acknowledge that it was even a business until he told me what he was selling..  He then hung up.  I could clearly hear call-center noise in the background, probably a scumbag telemarketer, or maybe had wrong number to collect a debt..

He called this morning asked for the owner.  I told him he was not here and asked to leave a message.  He proceeded to get loud and tell me that he had left several messages which I know is a lie.  When I got just as loud as he did and told him I couldn't help him unless he left his name and number he said that he shouldn't have to call.  He was very unprofessional and rude so I hung up on him.  He immediately called back and hung up on me.

Received a call today. He knew the name of my business and asked if I was the owner. I told him I was busy but he kept talking and as his voice became so loud, I hang up. He didn't call me back.

Ok here goes.  This is a LONG story and it has done nothing but cause me headache.I received a call from a guy claiming to be looking for sponsors for "no drinking and driving" ads for Super Bowl weekend.  I figured, "ok my dad was killed by a drunk driver a couple years ago so this i a cause im definitely willing to support"  Nearing the end of the sale i was approached with "Now what major credit card will you be paying with today?"  I stopped him and reminded him that he said they would send me a bill along with a schedule that said exactly when my ads would be run.  "Well sir if you pay upfront i'll set you up with 3 free prime time ads along with the 3 you just bought"  I kindly replied with "No thanks, this is my first time i think ill take it slow".  He persisted with trying to get me to pay upfront which i declined.  the phone call concluded and i felt good that i was doing something to promote my new company and show that i have a care for anti dui programs due to my past.  I did not hear anything or get anything in the mail from this company until about 5 weeks after Super Bowl weekend.  I received a "late payment" statement.  I immediately called the number on this form to find out what what was going on and to refute the bill.  the first guy i talked to was a complete jerk calling me a liar and saying that i was just trying to get out of paying them.  The argument became so heated that he hung up on me.  I called back and told the receptionist to let me speak to her boss, she hung up on me.  I called back and said let me talk to your boss and you better not hang up on me this time.  I was placed on hold for about 5 minutes.  Brandon Wiley, the VP of Sales at NTMS Ltd. answered the phone.  I told him of my 2 previous calls and the situation at hand.  I informed him that i had not received          the schedule as promised by the sales guy and had been listening to the station and did not hear my ads at any time during the period i was told they were going to air,  He said " Well sir im sorry that you didnt get your schedule, we sent out 2 of them.  I can guarantee that the ads were run so what can we do to settle this?"  I told him that i wanted a copy of my ad and proof from the FCC that they were played.  He said  "ok sir i will send out an affidavit from the FCC that states EXACTLY when your ads were played and i will send you a disc with a copy of your ad on it if we can get half of what you owe us right now."  hmm, okay this sounds like a good plan ill make a show of faith and maybe ill get what i wantI paid the man and he told me that these items would be sent out in the next day or 2.A couple weeks later i get a call from a John i think his name was saying that my account is past due and they want their money.  I calmly explained to him what his "boss" and i discussed and that when they come through they will get their money.  the next day i get the same call from a matt, same conversation same result.  And AGAIN the next day i get a call from jim or joe or something.  i said look you guys have called me for the past 3 days and i have told you the exact same thing each time, are you even looking at my account right now?  "well uh no sir i dont have it in front of me right now"  I said "Well, when you decide to go to work today pull up my account and look at the notes your boss put on there.  Don't call anymore until you come through on your end of the bargain"   About 2 hours later i get a call from shaun, this time i blew up.  I yelled my explanation to him and told him they were not going to see another dime from me until they made good on their promises.  About 2 weeks later i get an email from Brandon Wiley.  This time he has attached an mp3 file of my "ad".  This ad was a general safety message about car seat safety.   I immediately called Mr. Wiley.  his response to my complaint was "I'm sorry sir but we dont make the ads we just sell them, i see here that this is the ad you bought.  I'm sorry if the salesperson misheard you but ill make you a deal.  After you pay us ill run 2 free drunk driving ads for you"  no thanks i just cant wait to be rid of you crooks was my only thought.  i told him no and that after i get the affidavit they will get their money.A weeks or so later i get an email from Mr. Wiley again asking why i have not paid them yet.  I responded with i have yet to receive the affidavit as you promised but as soon as I do and i verify its validity a check will be in the mail.I got a phone call from Mr. Wiley on May 6th asking if i had gotten the affidavit they send out.  I had not gotten anything in the mail.  He asked for my email address so he could send it out because apparently he had lost it.  Towards the end of the day i got an email from him containing an invoice from the radio station to a company called "West End Media Group inc."  I called the radio station to verify this information and request a copy of my ad and got nowhere.  apparently the same mexican woman with a horrible accent was performing every role possible in the building as she said she could no forward me to anyone that she was that person.  20 minutes later i get a call from someone at NTMS saying i owe then money, i shooed him away with i'm already talking to your boss.  I called the radio station again to get some contact information for this West End Media Group.  The lady at eh radio station forwared me an email with an address and phone number for them in it and nothing else.i did some digging into this information and apparently West End Media Group is based out of a Storage unit at Advantage Self Storage in Lewisville, TX.  Their phone number goes to a voicemail system for an Aaron Carlock, Sales Manager for Hemisphere GPS.  And according to Google they share the storage unit with World Innova Corp.  I continued to dig around and found a Facebook page relating to NTMS Ltd.  This page is scattered with "cash money in da pocket!"  "Great job! Great atmosphere! Honestly one of the easiest ways to make great money as a student or anyone looking for quick and sufficient money! NTMS is a great learning experience and they're progressing everyday! Not a joke this place is easy money in the pocket!!" "Youngggg moneyyyyyy" kind of comments that would only come from an ignorant child.  "Call me for an interview.  Guys 20-26 making 40-60k a year"I called the radio station 2.5 hours after our last conversation to try to get more information and got the message "former , our smooth jazz is no longer available.  we now operate strictly online"  the frequency has been taken over by a "christian" radio station.I called the Polic Station in Mount Prospect, IL to see if they had any information on these guys.  Apparently they have gotten complaints but there is no evidence for an investigation.  The local police station believes this company to be a "debt collection agency".I called NTMS from a different phone to try to get information from them about West End Media Group and was told that they work for said company and that the receptionist is not allowed to give out contact information.I will continue digging into this until i have resolved it.  i hope other find this useful and DON'T GET TAKEN LIKE I DID!!I am compiling all of this information along with web printouts and will be submitting to the FCC, FTC, BBB, FBI the Illinois Attorney Generals office, Mount Prospect PD, the fraud department at my bank and my attorney.National Telerep Marketing Systems (NTMS Ltd.)201 w. This person keeps prank calling the phone

Receive at least three calls a week from these people, who are the most unprofessional, annoying telemarketers I have ever heard. They start off like a casual friend calling, like "Hey, they have the boss answering the phone now??" Won't state purpose of call, huge time waster.

He wouldn't identify who he was calling for, etc...I can't stand people like that. He said his name was John Wilson and acted as if I should know who that was...we've never had an employee with that name...so i figured at first he had the wrong number...he sounded like he had a southern accent too...sort of...anyway...I Hate solicitors! :) tell him to fall off a bridge. ;)

This person called and asked for the owner of my (my Business).And when I Identified my self he commented "they are makeing you work as well." Then he hung up when I asked who he was.

Asked for to talk the owner of the company about a "program they were trying to run" Would not leave any other info when asked about the reason for the call.

I have repeatedly gotten calls from this 224-345-2360 number calling on behalf of 92.1 KFMA in Tucson, AZ which is owned by Lotus Communications in Los Angeles, CA. They are attempting to sell me on sponsoring a public service announcement (PSA). Radio stations are required by FCC law to provide PSA's at no charge. I have tried getting in touch with the General Manager of KFMA repeatedly and I never receive a call back to my complaint. The receptionist won't even so much as tell me the GM's name. I have tried contacting Howard Kalmenson (President & CEO) of Lotus. We will see if he ever calls. I recommend anyone who receives these calls to do the following:1. File a complaint with the Federal Communications Commissions. Lotus is violating FCC rules by trying to get companies to pay for the PSA.2. File a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission.3. File a complaint with your state's Attorney Generals Office.4. File a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.Lotus has no problem associating with obnoxious telemarketers, so I say let them deal with the consequences and get them investigated by the government for their actions. Maybe once they see how annoying it is they will stop.

Also file a complaint against the company they are calling on behalf of. In my case this was 92.1 KFMA in Tucson, a radio station belonging to Lotus Communication Corp. I finally got a hold of the GM of KFMA and they have employed this company willing.

Recieved call from this number stating that they were the"United Nations Crime Services Department" that I had an outstanding fraudulent amount of money deposited into an account that has been closed for over a year.  That I can pay it now and they will not send their people down to "come and get me" they had my current employer info and my current address info. He would not give me any spacifics as to the company that was supposed to have given me this money. He yell more at me, and then said god bless and hung up on me.  I called them back to try to get more info on what was going on, they gave me a web page that was false, when I was again transfered to him, he asked me if I thought myself above the law.  I told him I was just trying to find out what was going on and he hung up on me again.

I just received a phone call from this number here at our company. When I answered, the guy asked me how I was and if I was staying out of trouble, keeping busy, etc. He seemed like he knew who I was. I tried to be polite and just answer him with yes or no. Then he asked me if I was the owner's wife. I said "Uh, No.."  He kind of laughed and asked if I was the good looking one in the office and then asked again how I was and if I was staying out of trouble, etc.  Finally, he asked for the owner and I said he was at our corporate office, which is true. He asked for the number and I said I was new and did not know the number.  He said "oh" and paused for a minute. Then he asked AGAIN how I was and if I was staying out of trouble and staying busy. I was extremely creeped out by then. He asked me again if I had the phone number and I said no, then he hung up.Very very uncomfortable.  I googled the phone number to see what business it was because he never said his name or company or what he wanted.  I was going to find out the information to call back and complain to a manager about the way he talked to me. When I googled the phone number, I noticed so many comments and complaints about the same thing. I'm glad I'm not the only one.

My fiancee called anumber that he saw advertised on television for car sale to anyon regardless of credit history. This persom Joh called me back several times.he obtained my ssn ,my DOB, and my employer info .When I tried to return call to the number that he had called from,I got a recording saying this is a non working number.Never heard of a car dealership that di not have a working number.

Rude and sick person called us yesterday, ask for owner. He have some anger management problem, he should see a doctor. He was nasty when spoke with me, secretary of our bussiness even with the owner. We never spoke with such a sick person.

THE MAN WHO CALLED DOESN'T ANSWER AT ALL YOU CAN HEAR BACKGROUND NOISE. IT IS VERY IRRITATING AND THEN HE HANGS UP ON YOU. WHEN YOU TRY TO CALL THE NUMBER BACK IT SAYS THIS # IS NO LONGER IN SERVICE.

This 224-345-2360 has called the past two days, and a few times in a row at that. The guy ("Max Bankston") is real creepy and tries to chit-chat (AGAIN, saying something about me being the "hardest working woman in town"), then asks for the "owner". When I tell him that the owner is not available, he either gets an even worse attitude or just hangs up. I have reported every call to the National Do Not Call Registry, since we're registered. Not like that'll do any good though...

Guy called and said some stupid thing about being the hardest working woman in Colorado, knew right away a sales call of some sort.  He asked for the owner and I said this was his wife and what can I do for you.  He said he was with some radio station thing and I preceeded to cut him off ASAP saying that we are not interested.  Could someone in the background saying our company name is a big pain.  I hung up.  This group calls at least once a month.  When I called back it went to a fax machine.  How annoying.

224-345-2360: Same deal here with the radio spot.  Trying to save children by telling drivers to slow down and we can pay a small fee of $404 (guess it went up in the last few weeks!!) Told him we werent interested and of course he keeps yabbering on....  not sure I can report him to the FCC as it was a business phone.  (we are on the do not call list, but that doesnt seem to matter here)  So I cut him off saying have a nice day and good bye....  He wanted to give me a quick suggestion... after reading these comments here I'm glad I hung up instead of listen.  UGH.

Same thing here. Calls and then hangs up if someone answers. I can hear lots of conversations in the back ground. Im sure it's a call center. It gets pretty annoying when you get so many of these a day.

I let the call go to the answering machine because I didn't recognize the phone number. They didn't leave a message, but I could hear a lot of other people talking in the background.
