Like most folks here, I purchased tickets from Clubtix and ever since have been unable to stop these unwarranted texts. After logging in as a customer, clubtix kept my phone number an e-mail address on file, so****ing I could not remove. After several polite requests to stop the texts, I resorted to logging into clubtix and sent a support request. They responded "Comments: We are only a ticketing website. You will need to contact the promoters of the events in question & have your name removed from there list." 5 minutes later I logged into clubtix, and COINCIDENTALLY my telephone number was no longer their. Why the need to lie to their customers? U for one will no longer use CLUBTIX EVER A***N.

After purchasing tickets to an event from clubtix.net, I constantly receive annoying texts from this number. I will never attend a Clubtix event ever a***n and have told all my friends in the industry to avoid them like the cancer that they are.

I keep getting text messages from this number about concerts. I DO NOT WANT TO RECEIVE THEM. This is incredibly annoying.

Clubtix.net keeps texting me and theres no way to get off this list.

Unsolicited Text messages

I just got a text promoting the Chromeo show at Congress. I bought tickets for a show several months ago through clubtix.net for a show at Congress and this is the first instance of mis-use of my personal information. Hopefully the last as well.

I received text regarding a show at Congress Theater in Chicago (to be honest I might eveb go). But if I get another, will pursue with Congress directly. In the past I had been on a list like this and I combed the Internet until I found a promo poster listing the same number, so I had the name of the promoter, found his facebook, his email and eventually his phone number. And so I'm no longer on his list! PERSISTANCE. Dont let these fools get away with it. Call the club, get the names of their promoters, and make it their problem too. Good luck!

Text message: FINALLY! D RAMIREZ IS AT SOUND-BAR CHICAGO! THE FIRST 200 PEOPLE TO SAY "****" AT THE DOOR GET IN FOR FREE BEFORE 1AM! I don't know how I got on this list but its annoying and want off!!

Constant text messages from these people - completely unsolicited. I've never attended any of their events or even been to the venues they promote.

I keep receiving phone messages from 224-548-4288. I did not ask for them and I do not want them!

Unwanted text from what appears to be clubtix.

ive had this number for like 4 days, just got a text about a ba*****t ja** show at the metro.

I've received multiple unwanted texts since Nov 4, 2009 after the Tiesto Halloween concert -- bought the tix through clubtix ... These texts could be from any of their promotors! emgtrack.com ... inthebooth.com ... make these stop!!!!

I keep on receiving text messages which I do not want.

4th call 30cents per text

clubtix.com, was clubtix.net in the past. They never stop. Had at least 3-4 messages per month. I had even 2 per day. ATT charges me for every message i receive. I think they are located in Chicago. Could be related to HOB.com, chicagotheater, sound bar, congresschicago. Have been trying to call them, no answer. I am sure there are 1000 of people getting these. If we get together and sue them would be the best solution.

Receiving unwanted text messages. I never signed up for this. Have no idea how they got my number. I also have ATT. Looks like there have been complaints about non-refunding bad tickets on their facebook page ... no response or contact info by clubtix.net. Does placing a complaint through the BBB help in this situation?

I have been receiving unwanted text messages on occasion since 11/2009. I've been unsuccessful in removing/unsubscribing.

i have been receiving unwanted text messages for a year now from this number about club promotions and events. i never signed up for anything like this and my attempts of getting off this person's list have been in vain. there is no opt-out and every time i leave the country i pay the extra cost for receiving this unwanted text.

I receive daily unwanted adverti*****t texts about events in the Chicago area. I've never agreed to any adverti*****t calls or SMS.

same thing - never signed up for this and despite numerous attempts to get unsubscribed, i still get a text at least every two weeks. worst is when i travel and a 50c charge is added to my bill for every single text i get from this number.

4-10 texts per months costing me 30cents per..... chicago entertainment dates...

Consistently sends text messages for events happening, but I never signed up to receive these texts. Multiple texts back to 'STOP' or 'UNSUBSCRIBE' have been ignored.

I have received a txt message from this number 224-548-4288 on 11/4, 11/6, 11/12, and 11/20. They keep inviting me to these events that I don't give a s*#! about. I replied back with a txt asking them to remove me from this list but they haven't done so.

Clubtix.net is a promotions company for clubs, concerts, etc. They were trying to promote an event. I've repeatedly asked them to remove my number from their list.
