HOW TO STOP Like most folks here, I purchased tickets from Clubtix and ever since have been unable to stop these unwarranted texts. After logging in as a customer, clubtix kept my phone number an e-mail address on file, so****ing I could not remove. After several polite requests to stop the texts, I resorted to logging into clubtix and sent a support request. They responded "Comments: We are only a ticketing website. You will need to contact the promoters of the events in question & have your name removed from there list." 5 minutes later I logged into clubtix, and COINCIDENTALLY my telephone number was no longer their. Why the need to lie to their customers? U for one will no longer use CLUBTIX EVER A***N.
