J This could be a scam. A cell phone in ***tly with statements of collecting for the Wheeling police dept. I live in Wheeling and it dosen't make sense that they would have someone from ***tly call on their behalf. It isnt even the same County. They do send legit looking literature with the return envelope.

Recording asking for information

This person has called my phone numerous time threatening that they are going to **** me and beat me up.  I have no idea who this person is and I would appreciate if they would stop callin my phone.
