they were calling my phone number asking for someone that does not have this number and I told them to quit calling me and I believe they're scammers

RL They wouldn't say what company they were working with until I gave them my personal information. I told them they weren't getting it until I knew what company they were with and then they ***g up on me. Don't give them anything! It's a scam to get your personal info.
