This is the generic phone number for the Victoria General Hospital (VIHA), you call it back and you get a recorded message. They called my cell, I didn't recognize the number so didn't answer, checked this site and will answer it now because I'm waiting for an appointment for a test at VGH.

caller id says viha no messages left, very annoying

Annoying phone calls with no one on line when picked up.

i get repeated calls from this number saying they are looking for a video conferencing department.i keep saying you've got the wrong number, please don't call a***n and update your records.today they reached a new low and told me that the children at the sick kids hospital will be very disappointed.you don't want to know what i replied, but the unlucky caller will be having nightmares tonight.

Could be anything that falls under VIHA... A Doc, Clinic, anything.  You likely won't have luck calling it back
