I recieved a call from this number and they told me they were from the Federal Grant Administration. It's a SCAM. Do not answer!

I received a call from this number today (9-15-14). I did not answer because I didn't recognize thr number. No message was left.

just got a call from this number didnt anser becuse i am in a li***ry and plus i didnt know who this number is. no voice message no nothing. most likly a spam call.

Got a call from this number mid morning, and picked up since the number was relatively local. It took about 5 seconds for the call to connect. A pleasant sounding women said she wanted to help me understand how new laws could allow me to save money on Auto Insurance. She said she represented a non-profit, and when I asked the company name she said NATIONAL INSURANCE FOUNDATION. She was trying to get through a script, and as I was shutting her down told me a representative would be calling back. I requested that no more calls be made.

They actually didn't call me, but I was notified of a voicemail. The "message" was 32 seconds long consisting of a continuous flat tone, interrupted by a blip noise, silence, then continuing the tone. Almost eerie.
