It is a scam! I called him back repeatedly and gave him ****.. share this number on social media.. overload them with calls!

HE SAID IRS IS FILING A LAWSUIT A***NST ME, HE SOUNDED AN INDIAN SPEAKING PERSON, HE EVEN GAVE ME MY CASE NUMBER. I YELLED AT HIM TOLD HIM IF I HAVE A SUMMON FROM IRS I SHOULD HAVE RECEIVED THAT IN A MAIL, THEN I DROPPED THE PHONE ON HIM.

True, lawsuits are served/notified mostly in person and sometimes by mail or publication, in order to prove notification.

The IRS notifies people by mail - Always! They do NOT sue people by telephone.

Why doesn't the IRS do so****ing to stop this scam?
