It is a scam! They claim to be from IRS on another number and threaten arrest. They give this number to call back. I called him back repeatedly and gave him ****.. share this number on social media.. overload them with calls!

Total IRS prosecution scam. These people do not give up they just c****e phone numbers. So far I think I've received more than 10 of their calls, my parents have received that many calls at 2 completely different phone numbers in 2 different states. Unreal.

Meg I recieved a call from this number and they told me they were from the Federal Grant Administration. It's a SCAM. Do not answer!
