I just got a call from this number to my cell phone.

caller called for the first time today.

Yeah I got the same call at like 2am a couple days ago on my cell...  suspect to begin with, but since I'd used my card early that evening thought it might be possible... but robots don't call at 2am and my bank to my knowledge doesn't have my cell number. Anyway Pressed 1 for operator out of curiosity to see what the BS pitch might be but when I heard enter 16 digit card number I knew for sure100% it was a bu***hit phishing like scam and just ***g up.
