my phone says bellevue, mi it is spam

Caller wants to provide a "lower credit card rate" - Visa or Mastercard. Obnoxious. Dialed 1, person claiming to be named Bryan answered wanting to know if Visa or Mastercard. ***g up when I asked to not be called on my cell phone.

They keep calling and **** up when you answer.

voice recrded message about lowering interest rates, dosn't give a company name & when called back can't get through so they stop calling. they call 3 times a day & it's annoying and disruptive.

This is some phony credit card scam person named Ann & it shows up as disconnected on the caller ID. Iam on the Do Not Call List & have an unlisted and unpublished number.

Got a call from this number - automated message insinuating there was fraudulent activity on my card but turned into a pitch to lower apr.  Hit one to speak to a representative (no other option given).  "Ed" answered and I asked "what company are you" he mumbled Account Services or so****ing like that.  I asked "what number can I reach your company at" and he ***g up.  Scam or bad telemarketing tactics - either one stinks.  I called the number and an auto message gave the option to opt out and be put on do not call.  I entered my number - i doubt it will work.  Same exact message has been received from other phone numbers including 646-558-5591

A call came through on my cell, but it said "Michigan" and I'm from Minnesota. I don't know anyone from that state nor do I have any connections to companies there, so I didn't pick it up. No message was left.

She said her name was Rachel, calling about a Credit Card. DO NOT call my phone a***n, or send my number to anyone else to make a phone call for marketing, political or prank related purposes. This is not a request, its a DEMAND!

Some scam to obtain your personal information pretending they're trying to get you out of debt, whether or not you have debt, or even a credit card for that matter.

Received a call from this number.  The caller ID showed +01 269-768-2217, like it is from another country, etc.  Does anyone know where this call is from?

I got a call from the number 269-768-2217. He is saying you are qualified for APR reduction on your credit card which has more than 5k debt. He asked for my credit card number, but i didn't give him. Any idea on this number?
