Stephanie Diann Crump Due to a dead 1999 Pontiac Grand am, My ex-husband out of the courtesy of his heart paid by check %,000 for a 2003 Lexus E300. I believe the sale reps name was ****ell. After asking multiple times that there was nothing wrong with this car. This car was purchased, as is and no warranty. A***n however after asking the salesman if everything worked and his answer was yes and even the oil had been c****ed. The sticker on the window stated 2011 was the last c****e. I came back the nex6t day to get further questions answered only to find out That these cares that were sold this was were not even checked out for safety or the obviously important part being the safety of my family and myself to drive it. They proceeded to c****e the oil put on ***ke pads and put on 2 new tires. This was purchased at the end of December and air conditioning could not be checked so I've been told. When to temp got up to mid 80's to about 91, I was told it still was not possible to check it out to see if it works. I will have to wait until it is approximately 98 before it can be checked. First we were lied to. 2nd, the salesperson to whom I think his name was ****ell, when I came back to question several issues he became very unprofessional and in my opinion, in his words of course, as a women I didn't have the knowledge to ask these questions that he lied about to myself and my ex-husband who out of the goodness of his heart wrote a check for $5,000 for me and my family to have a safe care to drive. This all took place after the tires, ***ke pads and oil c****e took place. I went back to request a 2nd key as the first one did s**** the car but the chip in the key was defective and I was told if I wanted a key that operated fully it would be approximately $350.00. I went to Parsons and they could not make the key at this time I would like without the chip not functioning. I just wanted a 2nd key in case I accidently locked the original in the care. I also asked for a operators manual which didn't come with the car and was told by ****ell that if he printed in out it would be over approximately 1000 pages. I only wanted the pages that when a light went on indicating so****ing was wrong, that I could check it out and take it to the correct people to fix. Which by the way I did receive that portion of the manual that printed out for me as this ****ell was arguing with me about the 2nd key. I called The Business Manager a Mr. Michael E. Shoffner and told him of the entire episode of repeated treatment and that ****ell talked to me as if a woman didn't have the knowledge to ask these questions. This is how he made me feel!!!!! Mr. Shoffner, said I could bring the car in and trade which would cost my ex-husband more money and refused to comment on the behavior of his employee. I would like the car fully inspected and the air conditioner fixed at no charge to myself or my ex-husband. If anything else life threating is found I think this should be repaired at no cost o to us. If you find any rights that I have to see this done, I would appreciate your efforts to fhe fullest of my heart. I am not a rich woman nor his my ex-husband, he worked for BG Firedepartment for many years in was willing to do this goodness for me. I unfortunately have lost my job and am hastily looking to be re-employed.
