Cindee Yes this is a scam and yes this is a mobile phone number. He even has a tape in the background to make it sound like a busy office setting. If he is in a real office of IRS, he is getting your phone number from the optional giving of your phone number on your taxes. If the IRS is gonna sue you they would send you a letter and they already know your full name date of birth and social security number, this guy is a scammer trying to get you to pay him your money. Don't tell him anything. HE will be caught soon. They are on to him.

This number is calling me and texting me and I have no clue who it could because his number is sending me messages and I ask them who it is and they or you tell me person. And will not tell me who it is.
