Impersonating USPS and tried to get a credit card number from me.

I get call from this number randomly and when I answer this person whispers and you cannot understand or clearly hear what this man is calling for and he keeps calling for.

This is such an annoying sermon. I get two a day like this and the number c****es

they are not able to give information other than it is a cell phone and the carrier is Nextel communications, Inc.
