Jose Rodriguez horrible contractor with no insurance, very unprofessional, unreliable, substandard work and brings a lot of personal baggage to the job. Drinks and smokes on the job and communication is awful. Contractor-Beware of doing any business with this guy, substandard work, has no business insurance, doesn't complete work, drinks and smokes (not cigarettes) on the job and will tell you that he's going to work and doesn't show up or call to say otherwise. He is a begger as well, always wanting an advance.
