Collection Agency demanding payment on loan that was repaid

brirus17 I have been getting these calls from last week.  Its a guy with a really heavy accent saying he is from the American Loan and investiation dept.  They said if I do not call them back today they will s**** legal processing in my local court tomorrow morning and good luck as the situation unfolds.  I've gotten these calls on and off for the past several months. I wouldnt worry about it and report them on the do not call registry.
