Kristin I received several calls from this number all before 7:30 am my time.  The messages they left sounded like a ***** idiot trying to make a sale.  I called back and got a voicemail, I told them to stop calling as I am on the no call list and they are calling WAY too early if they are hoping to getme to answer.  So far I have not heard back

owjak Yup it's a MagicTalk MagicJack access number for low cost international calls.  Your call display is showing that number instead of the originating number.  Do you know anyone with MagicTalk or MagicJack?
