Anonymous I received a call from this number about vacant land in Kansas City, KS that he wanted to sell. The name he provided matched the name on the tax records and the contact info that he provided. He gave me the same outlook.com email address as the post from 9/21/2023. I was only about an hour away from sending him listing paperwork to sign and would have stuck a sign in the yard tomorrow! So glad I caught onto this before I wasted any more time on it.
