Called asking for my dad who passed away two years ago. They claimed there was an IP address security problem on his computer. When I tried to explain that we got rid of his compter after he died, I was accused of making excuses...just short of being called a liar. I ***g up.

Claims to be tech support calling about a compromised IP address. Became verbally abusive when I explained that they had just called an IT company and we do all of our own work in house.
