On 6 May 2016 at approximately 1150 hrs (0850 CA time) Some man who said his name was steve martin with a thick east indian accent said he was an agent from the us treasurer and stated that I had an enforcement action a***nst me from the us treasury and I should contact him for help. The call was left on my voice mail. I immediately used another line and spoke to a man with a thick east indian accent and I asked several questions but he refused to answer, I informed him that he was a criminal and he ***g up. On 7 May 2016 at approximately 1705 hrs I made a call from another line to this number and received the following announcement: "YOU HAVE REACHED A NON WORKING NUMBER." Investigation has revealed that this is a SCAM. I have since blocked my number. It seems this number: 310-598-7829 is a land line. Recommend that anyone receive a call from this number to not answer and block, because this is a scam to steal your funds.

Woman at this number told me they were sending the irs to arrest me when I asked her why the it's is calling from California all people have foreign accent they are s*** bags

Do not reply or answer any phone call from this phone number. I received a voicemail from a male with an accent, claiming to be from the treasury department and threatening me with incarceration and court appearances if I didn't call him back. The return number he gave me was different from the incoming phone number. These individuals are s***-****ing dirtbags. Don't even bother talking to them. Maybe if we all ignore them, they will go away!

Caller stated his name was STEVE MARTIN!! and he was calling in regard to enforcement actions executed by the U.S. treasury and a grand jury!! Caller is foreign and full of ********!! DO NOT CALL THIS NUMBER BAC**** It is a scam and you should report it to your local police dept. at once!! What a joke this is, His real name is Tim Martin.

Some scammer in California trying to convince me that I am guilty of a federal criminal offense and will be brought before a magistrate judge because ignoring this would be my second criminal offense. I'm not going to bother calling them back because I know the treasury department will write me by Certified mail if they need so****ing from me.

A scam caller with a foreign accent claims to be from the US Treasury advising you to contact them or suffer penalties, etc.

Received voicemail from this number about appearing in court blah blah blah. Called the number, said I looked it up and it was reported as a spam number. The guy ***g up on me. I called baking 3 times it was busy, a different woman answered the 4th time, I told her I was trying to talk to the guy who I was "disconnected" from. I told her the same thing and she said there was no use talking to me and trying to convince me thy were legitimate and then she also ***g up on me.

Told me to contact because of some fed. Treasury court felony charges, called three times in one hour. In the past several calls of the same problem but from different area codes. And different states.
