If it is an old debt (more than 7 years) then file a complaint with the FTC

I do not have any debts or any credits taken, my company is based in Poland. Any idea why and what for such people are calling me every week- both company and mobile number? How do they manage to get my company details? When I have asked for the name of the company they call from, they give each time a different company name. Its just madness. They begin to try threating me when I say I don't have time for listening to their offers via telephone! Unbelieveable!

At least 10 times a day, NCO calls and ****s up at this business.  Calling back does no good, it still ****s up on you.

they also call from 253-248-6405; 571-261-0072 and 323-372-6326.  they have called us numerous times and never tell us anything... except that it is a confidential matter.

NCO financial, ignore there calls and eventually they will go away.

These people have called me everyday for the past week. I did not pick up because I didn't know who it was and I screen my calls. Finally decided to call them back today after reading who it was and was told that my number was a wrong number. The guy said he was going to transfer me to get my number removed and they dropped my call instead. So I guess I will be expecting them to call a***n...not to mention they are not the nicest people to talk to.

These s***bags called this a.m. at 8:30.  I picked up (had been fast asleep) and a ma****e was on the other end telling ME to hold for their rep as all their lines were busy.  HUH???  I could by then see their "NCO" name and number, 310-862-9031 on my caller I.D.Idiot finally came on the line looking for a first name which is NOT mine nor that of anyone at this location.  I finally told the fool girl to stop calling the number and then suggested she go "...k" herself.

Does anyone know how to get them to stop calling?

They call consistently and is very harrassing.  I have no idea what they want. Reported it to phone co and Fed Trade and Do not call registry. Severarl numbers:434-533-9062  800-883-0613   323-372-6326

These ******,rude,arrogant a**holes work for NCO collections on behalf of Capital One. Obnoxious sons of b***hes who are the dung dwellers of the world.Never ever call this number back.

Hey people just to let you know those are not the people from CapitalOne those are the people that are trying to get your personal information. Please contact Federal Trade Commission and file a complaint. This my stop those a** wholes.

I have learned that if I do not know the number and I do not owe any money, they are not calling me....    :~)

Very annoying group.  They call my cell from a different number every day, never leave a message. I won't answer unknown, so I just store as garbage and then set the ringer ID on my phone to silent.  That way I won't rush to answer!! Otherwise, I pick up and **** up on them

I have received repeated calls from several different numbers all from NCO. They work for Capital One. Very nasty, mean people. I would be the Walmart greeter before I would ever work for that company! I can****ure you Capital One will no longer be in my wallet!!

Never leave a message, and no one there if i answer. Whats the deal with these people.

had the 310-862-9031 in the caller id. i didnt know who it was so i called them back. it was an extremely rude person from NCO Collections. an arm of capital one.

NCO calls from several numbers and even will block their number.  They usually work for Captial One and a very harassing and rude.  They will even call from another number from Ca***a to get around the Holiday rules for calling.
