This is not my number and should not be****ociated with me.

I have several numbers blocked now, all of which were recorded messages. When this number called it would say “Hello, this is Heather” and s**** going on about some collection agency looking for me to pay back credit cards. I do not have any credit cards open and they have called from 5 different area codes

Just me Call my cell and will not leave message. I only use this cell for personal calls.

Norc U Chicago is the Company and they are 100% rated as spam by at least 2 places
