These people called me today with my address, ssn and employer info saying if i did not pay them 669$ that they would file 3 lawsuits a***nst me and contact my employer. When i asked them to send me do***entation on the charges they refused. i told them i'll speak to the courts about it they said there is no time i must send pmt now i told em no way and they haven't called back yet.How did they get all my personal info?!?!oh and obviously it was not charles smith who called..it was apu whatever

I got a phone call about year ago with this same thing that they were going to arrest me and they would **** up on me when I kept calling them back. I just got a phone call today 8/23/2010 from a guy name Matk Paul who spelled it for me. He had all my info and everything. I would not confrim my ssn. but he also had my bank account #  the # he called from said 0000 but he told me I could call him back at 3152949471. I told him I have had this kind of call before and I would call police and he told me to go ahead and call the police. I never took a payday loan out with these people.

A man named Alan Johnson has been calling friends of ours with threats that my husband and I owe money and both have warrants for our arrest. I called him back today and when he asked me to verify my social I refused and explained that I was willing to verify other info (I do the same with legit bill collectors and never have a problem). The phone called ended when he told me to go to***** and ***g up.Earlier today I had received another call from a gentleman with a different name but could have been the same voice and when I told him to take us to court because I have the bank statements to prove that the loan never occurred I was told to 'f*ck off'.I just wish I knew how to get them to stop calling us and our family.

i received a call from this company about a payday loan that i took out so i decided to call the payday loan company and they have never even heard of this company

I do not have a payday loan with Adcance Cash America or whomever it is they are talking about and yet they call my phone saying the exact same thing they said in previous posts.  The messages are wayyyy too out there!

I have had the same scenario.  I refused to return a call to these people, who have harrassed my job with multiple calls under various names.  It stopped for a while, but resumed this morning.  I am going to phone this evening when I get home and let them have it.  Repeatedly calling my place of employment is indeed harassment and I will not stand for it.  It has been suggested that I phone and ask for a supervisor, which I intend to do.  I will get my number on DNC TODAY.  These folks ARE ridiculous and I'm not standing for it.  I've already called local law enforcement.  If there is so****ing out there unpaid, it will be dealt with my the attorney I have retained for debt consolidation.  I cannot speak with these people - first, can't understand them, second and more importantly, I will completely lose my temper if I DO have to speak with these idiots.

Someone called me from this number by the name of  John Williams with a foreign accent saying it was LLP law office but i have no idea who they were. He also said i owe money but i dont know for what. I think it's a scam.

On 5/17/10 at around 3:30 p.m. I received a phone call at work from LLC Law office at either 292 or 229 11st New York City, NY 10005 at 315-294-9457.  A Arabic or Indian speaking person called said his name was Matthew Smith, he said that I owed a pay day advance debt of $750 from Advance America Cash Advance (AACA) and he needed my atty info and said if I did not give him that info or pay $350 today he said they are going to press criminal charges a***nst me. I called AACA (who were in Delaware) they have never heard of me or me having a loan with them.This Matthew Smith knew my ssn, address and my full name.  I called the 315-294-9457 number back and I could not speak with him.  He said that he would called my employer and tell them what I did and etc.I just want people to know that if you do have pay day loans out there pay them and find out who they refer your account to if you can not pay the loan off in a timely fashion. I have heard of this happening to other people even read about it never thought it would be me.  These people are ridiculous.  Get all the facts that you can turn these people in to law enforcement and by the way I am on the DNC registry as well.

yes they have been harrasing me until I called the company that I had the payday loan through and they said they are hackers. THey have used Scott Neil, Kevin ******on, charles green and so on. So after I called the payday loan company I told these people to leave me alone cause I know theuy are scam and karma will come to get them and maybe even the law and attorney generalcause I could see them and they have n ot called me since. Its the same guy he just disguises his voice he is arabian it sounds like.

I received a call from someone named John WIlliams stating I needed to have my attorney call him regarding an urgent legal issue.  He called me yes****ay and left a voicemail on my cell phone and my work phone. He called from 0320055172 but left this number to call back on.  He callled a***n today and said if he did not hear from me today "good luck in the situation that will unfold for you".  What the heck???This happened a few months ago....same script...same deal over a bogus unpaid pay day loan.  Last time, they called from a different number under the name Mark Murphy. These crooks!!! I have reported it to my local law enforcement.

A Peter Jones with a foreign accent call on my blackberry issued from the government. Not sure how he got this number but I will be calling Verizon to have this investigated

called and left a message saying "Urgent Legal Matter, you or your attorney need to return phone call".  Accent was so bad I could bearing understand what he was saying.
