Your spelling and grammer indicate that english is not your first language.  Also, you fail to provide any contact information for the business that anyone else can use to verify it is in fact a legitimate business (legal business name, website, address, state license number, local telephone number).  I believe that you are one of the scammers.

I think John Smith is the Caller.  This is a scam.  Another name used is Carol Smith.  They are of Indian descent or so****ing foreign.  They are calling people this morning.  These a#*****s needs to be locked up.

I also got call from them but they are genuin company. I took loan but forget to pay back the loan good they reminded me. we are fool we do take loan but never pay it back, its not there mistake its our mistake. they are not harrising us they are doing their job.

I JUST GOT A CALL FROM THIS NUMBER SAYING I GOT A LOAN ON SO****ING THAT I DID GET FOR 5,300 DOLLARS! ON SO****ING I DIDNT RECEIVE!!

I got the same call from a Peter Manual..I advised him it was a scam and that I already contacted the State Attorney Generals Office. and that I keep receiving the same threatening message over and over a***n on my cell phone. He then got mad and threatened to send law offices to my house, as well as continue to call and harrass me, I told him to get a real job...

My son got a call today telling him that he had a $5,000 loan and that he needed to pay $2,000 in 1 hour today in order for them to drop the lawsuit a***nst him.  If he didn't pay they would have the police come to his house or job to arrest him.  I told him it was a scam, My son called Joe Smith back, told him that he was going to his lawyer's office right now and he would ask his lawyer for advice, Joe Smith told him that he didn't need to talk to a lawyer.  WHAT A SCAM.
