After getting way too many of these calls, I looked around and saw a blog comment and I called 866 246 7196 and spoke to a person who said they provide this do not call service to a small number of companies that call consumers who want to minimize complaints and save time from not calling people who don't want to be called. All they needed was the caller's phone number to verify it's on their list and the receiving phone number to add to the do not call list. It worked for me so I'm passing it on.
