Asked for someone not in this household about their insurance needing renewal.

Robocall. So****ing to the effect of, Your account was used to purchase an Iphone for 999.99. Press 1 if not authorized.

Said they were from Amazon and there was a questionable transaction on my account. I ***g up.

United health care calling for someone who does not live here

Linda I had 2 missed calls from this number. When I tried to return the calls I got a recording stating that the number was not in service.....? I have blocked the number, but am still curious as to how someone can call from a phone that is not in service.

Savannah The company name does not show up on caller I.D.  I do not answer calls that come into my home un-identified.  I did however find out that this number belongs to National Enterprise Systems (NES).  They are a debt collector.  If you google their name, you will find that they have many complaints on them for harrassment.

Wolfgang Koch The caller ID was "CVS/Caremark." The automated message asked for my upstairs neighbor by name. (How would they have matched my neighbor's name with my number?) I checked with my neighbor, who is NOT insured on a CVS/Caremark plan.The call-back number provided by the automated message (877-591-0787) led to anything but a human person. The robot kept asking for the seven-digit "extension" that the automated message had said to reference when calling the 877 number. In fairness, the correct "extension" worked (i.e., brought up the name of my upstairs neighbor), whereas bogus "extensions" I tried out did not work.Then I called one of the numbers I found on the CVS Caremark Web site, 800-552-8159. The customer service rep I spoke with could not make head or tail of either my number, my neighbor's name, or the seven-digit extension. At that, I ended my "research," except that I found this site to share my experience on.

I have gotten six calls, same time every day

These people have called and threatened me, my family, and have also called my employer.  My local police department is investigating this, because they advised my grand***her that someone was using his social to commit fraud.  The woman's extension is 308.  The PD advised not to send these people any money and that they will have the report on file and the recording/call transcript to use in court.  What these people are doing is illegal!
