I have gotten calls from these people from several different phone numbers. They state that it is urgent that I reduce my interest rate on my loan. They say they are from Consumer Services and also Cardholder Services. When I ask questions regarding who they are, they **** up on me. When I try to call them back I get a recorded message telling me if I don't want further calls from them to press 1. I am on a Do Not Call list...I believe these people are criminals looking for personal information. Someone needs to look into this.

I have ask these people to leave me alone. They keep c****ing there phone number and calling me back. It is a company telling me they can lower my credit card interest rate. She s****s the phone call with hi I am beth with ???? would you like to lower you interest rate. There is not a problem with your card right now, but you can lower your rate. They tell me to push 1 to talk to an operator when I do that and tell them to do not call me they **** up. PLEASE HELP!!
