called Sa****ay, 3pm, card services, would help to pay off my debt. Why do these idiots call people who don't have credit cards? I figure it was a phishing scam.

Got a call from 406-219-2096 on 5/6/11 @ 6:41 pm, according to my answering ma****e. It was a recording claiming they could lower my interest rates on my credit cards. As several others have said, this is just a phishing scam to obtain personal information. That's why I let my answering ma****e take these types of calls. When it's a number and it says "unknown name" or "private call", then I know it's a scammer.

I pressed 1 to speak to a rep because I'm on the "Do not call list" and when they answered and I asked why they were calling me I got cussed out by the rep and they ***g up on me. Definitely fraud or phishing attempt. You can't call the number back...I tried many times.

Recording s****ed mid-sentence after answering ma****e picked up.  Young woman's voice stated she was 'calling about your account' and even though "there isn't any problems with your account, time is running out to lower your interest rates'.Well, I don't have hold-over balances on any of my 'accounts' so WHY would I NEED this????This is CLEARLY A SCAM AND AN ATTEMPT AT IDEN***Y THEFT.My next step is to file a complaint with the DoNotCallList at www.donotcall.gov/complaints !Caller ID listed caller as "RESET"You need another category of caller:  SCAM/SPAMMER S***BAGS!

Ditto what A Web User has to say. This is a PSHISHING SCAM in an attempt at IDENTIFY THEFT. Do not answer; Do not give them any info. Let THEM TELL *YOU* who YOU are and WHO *THEY* are; I'm betting they WON'T LIKE Questions!

Two calls one minute apart. No message left.

These people called from "card member services" saying I was eligible for a lower interest rate. I pressed 1 to speak to a "representative" who said she was calling for Mastercard and Visa. When I asked then what my name was, they ***g up. The number can't be called back. Do not give them information
