"lower your interest rate....consid­er this your last notification..­....ya da, ya da, etc.

Wants to lower cc interest rate--I got old cards 8% you going to get lower than that? We need to find the location and put a laser pointer on it so the coalition forces will take care of them.

Calls and leaves a message about lowering interest rates. But leaves no call back number. Tried calling the number back but get a circut busy signal(fast busy signal).

I consider this harassment and want it stopped! I have NEVER done business with them, nor will I ever! I'm on the DO NOT CALL list. What does it take to stop the calls???

Have received many of these calls and used the opt out at the end...does not do any good. They keep calling, The last call I connected to the operator and told them to remove my name, He said 'We will not take your name off our call list, have a great day" and ***g up. The opening message say's "This is rachael" and even though there are no problems with my credit card accounts I need to speak to them now for protection.

Caller ID: "Out of area" 7:18 p.m. Thursday March 4, 2011 "There is no problem with your credit cards but we need you to contact us immediately so that we can lower your interest rate as low as 6.9%. Press 1 to speak with operator and 3 to put this number on do not call list." Pressed 3, still got operator. When I said that I pressed to put on do not call she said "you have an account with us so Do Not Call does not cover. I said that I don 't have accounts . She said "Our computer records show you do." !!!!!! Receiving calls every 2 or 3 days yet. Same as others when I try to call this number back immediately it says it has been disconnected or no longer in service.

Got their call on our answering ma****e. So****ing about lowering my interest rates!  Didn't take the call! Another site said the call came from Bozeman, MT. Another Do Not Call list  Violation!

I received a pre-recorded call from the infamous "Heather" at "Account Services" listing this number. Caller ID showed as "Montana Call." This en***y has been in toruble with the Feds before and still humbs their nose up at them. I've filed a complaint with donotcall.gov since I am on the do not call list and will do so for each future call they make here.

I meant to say I put the recording in the mail to the  FCC.

I just put a recording of the voice mail these people left on my phone.  Maybe the FCC can do so****ing with this evidence.

I have recieved constant calls from this number for the past two days on my landline. I do not answer calls from unknown numbers and the caller does not leave any message on my voicemail. When I called the number to tell them to quit calling me I get a 'disfunctiona­l' busy signal. I've registered my phones on the national do-not-call list and keep it updated. Anyone know how to stop these annoying calls? My husband works nights and tries to sleep during the day. I can't just turn the ringer off in case I really need to be reached.

These people are beyond annoying. Its the usual "lower your interest rate on your credit card" scam and they call frequently, despite my being on DNC list.

These people constantly call my hom. If you call back, it says the number is incorrect and to try a***n! They do not have a call back to remove from their list! I am sick of these telemarketers!

Number on caller ID with name "unknown."  Did not return call in view of other postings.

Time is money to these scammers, when they call me, I ask them to wait while I get my credit card numbers, put them on mute and they wait for about 10 minutes before ****ing up. I hear cursing and chatter in the background and just laugh.

I really don't like it when someone calls me in the morning when i'm trying to enjoy the day and get the kids off to school. Then they didn't even leave a message

Card Holder Services has been told numerous times by me they are violating the no call policy. What ******s in the government are paid off by these telemarketing ****s to pass laws that allow this BS?

Urgent I must call today to lower my credit card rate, I get these calls often. I press the ****on to speak to someone and tell them to not call, They use different numbers. today the person that answered told me not to answer my pone. I said "%" this is my (&$&%@ and she ***g up. When I call the number back it is disconnected.n I have pressed 2 or 3 to stop the calls but they s**** back a couple of weeks or sometimes days later.

Female caller left message that this was my last chance to lower my credit card interest rate. Don't care; don't call! I Do not want ANY unsolicited calls. Most annoying interruptance.

Call IDs as OUT-OF-AREA ... Calls early afternoons on weekdays... Caller ****s up when answering ma****e takes call... According to another site this is a credit card company "wanting to lower my interest rate." ... Probably a scammer phishing for personal information.

Left message -- credit card company wanting to lower our interest rate. This is at least the 3rd call I've had. The DNC list is not working!

Just got a call from them. Got the partial message that everyone has been getting. Going to try the thing that 'Jim in Texas' suggested if they call a***n. I kinda want to do what Floyd S talked about.

Just got a call from them. My iPhone lists them out of Bozeman, MT. Like previous people have said, the lady s****s talking before it's being recorded. It's an obvious scam. If anyone, I mean ANYONE calls mentioning debt or bills, **** up. Even if it's legit just **** up and call whatever companies you have credit with on your own. If you're ****** enough to believe these people then it's no ones fault but your own.

They called today, i pressed 1 and a lady answered! wow! but when i said i did not have any credit cards she ***g up! I am trying to find out more about them and the company!

She said her firm is in Tallahassee FL & when I asked for a website or info about her company, she dumped my call onto another unprofessional named "Mike", who's the hard seller type. They won't give you any info because what they're doing is illegal. Re­port these criminals & maybe we can get them **** down!

The donotcall list doesn't work, the FCC/FTC will not stop these people. Here's what works:a) if you can find the BBB in the area where the company's calls originate, file a complaint with the BBB. They are unstoppable in resolving complaints and they have way more resources for finding these people.b) google "phone disconnected wav" and download the sound file to a computer near your phone. Whenever a junk call comes in, answer the phone, hold it up to your computer's speaker, and play the file.  You can put a shortcut to the file on your desktop to make it easier. The tone trips the autodialer/computer into automatically pulling your phone number from its list.

They called and when I said*****o they slammed the phone down.  They don't want to talk to me anyway, I screen the unknown numbers because they have called here before with other numbers and say they want to help lower our interest rates.  I keep a list by the phone of calls NOT to answer.

Person left a message, but s****ed to speak before my recorder s****ed to record her message so the only thing I got was Have a nice day. If she calls me back I will google FCC complaints form as I am on the Do-not call-list and the FCC can deal with them. They get enough complaints their phone number can be pulled and they get fined.

Go to www.FCC.gov or google FCC compaint form. If you are on the do-not call-list this gets them in a heap of trouble to where the FCC pulls their phone number from them and also fines them if they have at least a certain number of complaints.

After I pressed one and asked if it was the male or female in the house they were calling in reference to, they slammed and I mean slammed the phone down in my ear.

This clown can't call you back.  All the calls are made by computer.  The bozos who answer the phones can't call anyone.  They can only take calls that are routed to them.  So it's an empty threat.If you want to get even with scammers like this, TAKE THEIR CALL.  Keep them on the line as long as possible and never give them any legitimate information.  Just make things up.  Then **** up.  The more time you waste, the more it costs them.They're only making money when they can get you to give them your credit card number.NEVER GIVE OUT YOUR CREDIT CARD (or bank account number) to someone WHO CALLS YOU on the phone.  You have NO WAY of knowing who they are.  Call id can be s****ed.  They could be ANYONE.

Calls from 406-219-2378 come about once a week.  It's always a recording saying it's urgent that we contact them immediately about lowering our interest rates.

I have been getting these calls for months. As opposed to just ****ing up, I always press 1 to speak to someone and attempt to be removed from their calling list. But with this one, every time I make that request, I get ***g up on. Today I asked for a supervisor. The operator asked if he could say what it was in reference to and I replied that each time I have asked to be removed I have been disconnected. His answer... "Oh yes, like I'm about to do." So****ing needs to be done about this company and other like it, that prey upon people and harass them to no end!

Credit card scam. "We find no problem with your credit card now but we can lower your rates. Press 1 blah blah blah..."

I've gotten this call several times.  I've asked to be taken off of the list and the person ****s up.  When they call a***n, I ask for a manager...said he'd take my name off, but alas, I still get the calls.

This is obviously a credit card scam.  I'm contacting the Texas Attorney General's Office.

I got the same thing yes****ay and today about getting lower interest rates on my credit card.  I DON'T EVEN HAVE A CREDIT CARD so I know it's not a company that I've established any kind of communication with (so that they can get around the do not call clause).

Got a call from 4062192378 around noon on February 1, 2011 asking us to press 1 to hear about lower interest rates on credit cards.  I pressed 1 and asked them to remove me from their calling list.  The response was,  "I'm going to call you every day for the rest of your life." They do no fear retribution.

This number left a voice mail message asking if I was looking for a way to reduce my interest rates for credit cards. The message asks you to press "1" if you are interested or "3" if you do not wish to receive any more calls.

No message.  No one on the line.

This number calls and never leaves a message.
