Can you believe these****holes called back on March 15 a second time and the caller simply burped into the phone then ***g up . . . this was left as a MESSAGE. I classified this **** as a prank call.

Called 3-11-2011, no message, Card Services per previous post, but no Caller Id appeared.

Received a call on my cell phone from the above phone number.  My landline and cell phones are registered on the "Do Not Call List."What good does it do to register with those folks?  I'm receiving more and more telemarketer calls.  Naturally, I don't answer them!

Opens with message about reducing your credit card payments"lower your interest" then press 1 for operatorasks if you have over 10K in debtasks if your rate is over 12%operator verify's home address, name, then asks for expiration date on card, then for complete credit card # at which time i **** up.have requested many times to be taken off their call listthis is a repeated harassing call, fishing for information, very fraudulent. please advise.when i try and call back, no answer

Not the first time, but first time in several months. I pressed "#" about a dozen times to interrupt the recorded message, then the line s****ed to ring. It was an international sounding ring "brrrp-brrrp... brrrp-brrrp". When the person on the other end answered, she didn't have much of an accent. She s****ed asking me if I wanted to lower my interest rates, and I said, "No, I want you to take me off your... click".

I just got called from this number 3 times in a row and everytime there was silence when my answering ma****e responded. I am on both the national and my state's Do-not-call list.  These phone con artists ignore it and call and try to rip of the gullible.   Attempts like this getting worse ever since Bush jr wiped out the world economic system.   There are those unemployed and ***gry. They are are getting desperate enough to turn to crime as this.  Screen all phone calls with an answering ma****e. Do not be so naive and gullible as to listen to any sales pitch nor think about buying anything over the phone. Do not donate to any phone caller claiming to be charity.  Do not fall for the scammers who claim to be with police or firemen  trying to scare people into donating.    It does not do any good to report the scam attempt or out of state harasser.  Our gov is broke and failed us long ago.  Apparently the FCC is now a big failure that can no longer keep communications safe for us.

Lady would not put me on do not call list. Kept asking for the homeowner. I ***g up. They must be stopped

I received a call today my answering ma****e answered.  They had a recorded message that s****ed before my ma****e s****ed recording. Therefore I am not sure if they mentioned the name of the company.  However what did record it said they could lower our interest rates and to press 1 to speak to someone or 2 to have our number removed for future calls.

It keeps calling about my credit cards.. Scaring the Wife now. How do I make it stop? She thinks there is a real problem.

Automated phone call from "Cardmember services" offering to lower my interest rate. I wouldn't complain if they said which card they represented. Not totally identifying themselves makes me su****ious. I also reported to the Do Not Call list as this number is listed.

telling me the phone call was very important about my credit card. i called back and it says youre call can not be completed as dialed. i wanted them to take me off ther calling list.

I got a call also today 2/2/11. I ask for her name,what her company was and where did she get my name. She said Stacey Lowe ID #SL1969-4709BAV with Card Services she got my name because my credit score was so good. They only make this offer to those with good credit scores. She was going to transfer me to a secure line with a financial person to lower my credit card rate and ***g up on me.

About noon, we got a call from these people.  I asked them to take us off their call list.  The man responded by saying "I'm going to call you every day for the rest of your life."  Got another call five hours later. They need to be stopped.

Got call from this number, and when pressed "1", got a person.  When asked, the person said they were with "Client Services".  When I pressed them on what bank they represent, she ***g up.  This has happened twice.  This is obviously a scam or phishing call of some kind
