This is a scam. They want you to provide them with all your credit card numbers so that they can lower your interest rates. Only they want you to tell them your card numbers. The bait is the fact they tell you that you qualify for a lower your interest rate due to your recent payment history. Then they want all the card numbers or no interest rate reduction. When you ask which account qualifys for a interest rate reduction. They reply all of them. Then when you ask them to be specific as to what one qualified. they **** up.

i am on the do not call list but this person calls some times three times a day and no message

Clearly a scam trying to get banking information. The automated message that came on when I answered said they are authorized by my bank to lower my rates and to press 1 to connect to an operator. I pressed 1 to see what they would say and the woman repeated the same thing. I asked her which bank and her response was that they work with lots of banks and read of the names of well known names. I pressed her that since they are authorized by my bank to lower my rates, which bank in particular. She s****ed to repeat the same answer at that point I told her that this is clearly a scam and before I could finish, she ***g up.

Calls to inform me that my credit cards needs adjustment. I pressed one and asked for the name of the person I was speaking with, his answer we represent Chase, BOA, etc and would like to discuss accounts. I asked how he obtained my name and number he became rude and I ***g up.

Receiving automated calls from this number; it gives you the option to speak to a live person by pressing 1, but of course you do not get a live person and call goes dead. What's the purpose of such a call?

There is a real slime ball out there called Robert Seiter, if that is the s***s real name - his sick number which I believe is his cell is 623-224-5598 . He is the worst bottom of the barrel s*** ****er you will ever find. I played him at his own game and kept calling him back every 15 seconds and every time asked him if he was having fun yet? Obviously he became mad as***** and got incredibly insulting using every type of profanity imaginable, so I asked him how long he had been out of prison, made him even more mad. I enjoyed every minute of it and this is what I do now with unsolicited calls, play them at their own game and they hate it. Another great thing to do is buy a loud whistle, preferably one with a pea in it and **** it as hard as you can in their ears, deafen the *******s and create nothing but misery in their lives, I love it. The only way to fight back with these low life law breakers is to play them at their own game.

The person I spoke with was supposedly Eric Hamet his employee number 232 and his id #83. He said he works for Visa and Mastercard credit card services. They have called my home AT LEAST 50 times and ***g up on me before today. He said he will lower my card interest rates because of my great history of on time payments. They seemed to have at least some of my card number and pressed me for an answer to finish the card number. When I refused to give him the number he said he would have my cards cancelled.

Our name and number were entered by unknown person and we have been receiving calls for some time. So****ing should be done to protect our iden***y and invasion of our lives.

I asked how he knew my balance, and he said "don't worry everthing is okay". Really? Some stranger on the phone knows that? When I s****ed asking questions to find out more about the company and didn't let him do the asking, he ***g up on me. I have filed a complaint with the doNotCall registry, and hope everyone else does too.
