Used to work for the company, and am not on here to bash former employer.  On here because my beliefs kept me from making money.  Calling people and giving them obscene ideas of making closings on ****py FHA or foreclosed properties and basically taking 200-300 dollars from hard working realtors/loan officers a month.  PLEASE DO NOT GIVE MONEY TO THESE PEOPLE.  the owner MIKE URBANSKI is a small man syndromed a** who looks for any scheme available to make money...he is a dirtbag looking to make money off of those that actually work hard for it.  Had family and friends float in and out of this company, I was desperate for a job so I took it.  WORST EXPERIENCE EVER... Lying isn't so****ing I am accustumed to doing, and felt like it was all I did for 8-9 hours a day, PLEASE DONT SIGN UP WITH USHUD they are the anti-christ...that is all!!!

Just received a message saying they had someone wanting to buy land in an area I service.  They said to call back at 443-837-1048.   I couldn't find anything for that number.

For sure another lead scam - pay $195 / month for 10 - 20 leads. They claim 1 in 10 will convert to a closed trans action. I have heard that be for for far less!

Caller misrepresented that he was with HUD which was a downright lie.  Just selling leads for FHA loans.  Another bottom fisher in the mortgage market.

I just got a call from this number.  It wasn't the first time, so I just ***g up.
