It's a collection Agency for First Financial Bank. How they got my cell# I dont know. but this is a debt I occured as a college student 12yrs ago. Waaaaay past the statue of limitations. Don't allow them to convience you into saying "yes I owe (owed it". Just say "I dont recall or I'm not aware of that. Ask for the date of the charge off and let them know that by law, they can not contact you due to statue of limitations (7yrs or 10yrs for bankrupcy). Legally, if you say don't call me 3times within the call, they're supposed to stop calling. Then threaten to report them for harrassment. The trick is though if you admit that was so****ing you owed or say you'll make a payment or settle. They have you recorded and they can put it back on your credit report.
