This is a scam.  Posing as a FDA Agent.  Report to Fed Gov. and shut him down.    It's a attempt to extort money under threat of criminal action for alleged crime never committted.  Also, block that number with your phone company.

Its currently a scam involving a caller purporting to be from the FDA threatening to have u arrested if u dont wire money to the Dominican REpublic. Curse him out.
