Mrs. Bowers called my cell (even though I have registered my cell as a do-not-call number for telemarketers) twice. 2nd time she left a message saying she needed to speak to us about a c****e in our BGE bill. She left this number.

SCAM!!! Claims to be from Baltimore Gas & Electric Company. Says there's been an "important" c****e to your electrical supplier. Requests that you call back and have your current electric bill handy. DO NOT REPLY. Phone the actual number****ociated with your current utility company instead and report fraud.
