They are NOT the MD State Lodge of the Fraternal Order of Police. They are a company by the name of Outreach Calling Inc out of Reno NV with callers in NJ calling the State of MD on BEHALF of the Maryland State Fraternal Order of Police. However they are claiming that they are located "IN" the FOP State Lodge and they do that to trick you in to thinking that it is not a professional fundraiser calling you because if you know it is a professional fundraiser calling you, then you would ask how much of the donation you make to the MD State FOP actually goes to the MD State Fraternal Order Of Police. The fundraising company can pocket as much as 99% of your 100 dollar donation. A***n, that is 99 dollars of your 100 dollar donation will go to the professional fundraiser, and guess what he uses it for? Said he was calling from the local Fraternal Order of Police. I told him I wasn't able to donate right now and ***g up.

I got a call from this number today and the ma****e picked up.  I heard breathing and some noise and then they ***g up.

got a call comes up Private name Private number. Did *69 and found it was these guys. They wouldn't answer when I said "hello?" so I ***g up.

Phil Coleman with the FOP asking for money. Troopers should s**** issuing warnings instead of tickets for first offenses if they want people to donate. Really.

I received a call from this number @ 9:56 a.m. on 2/19/2011.  Caller ID said it was coming from Elkridge, MD.  Reverse Lookup was of no use.  No message left, didn't call it back.

I  have been receiving phone calls from this number almost every day for the past 2 weeks.  Sometimes they **** up when they answer and other times they will ask for me or my husband.

Received call from this number 2/13 Sunday.Answering ma****e picked up - woman kept saying*****o.*****o. Just that.

I received a fund raising call from this number that was framed in what I perceived to be an intimidating manner.  The individual identified himself as being with the Maryland Police, told me that the call was being recorded 'for my protection.'  Then proceeded to inform me of a mailing to come to my home soon - and whether he could 'count on my support.'

Hey Chelsea, I got a call from this number this AM. I called it back hours later & someone answered the phone with an "hello"? Do you owe any credit cards? I'm wondering if it was a credit company trying to collect money or so****ing.......
