YOUNG LADY CALLED, SAID THEY RECIEVED A VOPICE MAIL FROM MY MAINTENENCE SUPERVISOR BUT COULDN'T MAKE OUT THE NAME....SHE TOLD ME TO CALL MARVIN. SHE****URED ME THAT THIS WAS NOT A SALES CALL....I HAVE BEEN LIED TO!!!!!

This guy keeps calling acting like he's your best friend. Just a salesman probably used to be in used car sales. You tell him to stop calling because you have to use corporate vendors and he calls back a month later. Marvin is a douch bag.

tried getting maintenance person's cel phone. VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

He was also trying to get our maintenance supervisor's cell #.

He called my office saying he was an electrician and was scheduled to come today and recited the office address. He said, "And what is your maintenance supervisor's name a***n?" To which I replied his name. Then he asked to speak with him. I told him that our maintenance supervisor was not here, and asked if I could take his name and phone number. He gave me a phone number, which is a cell phone number from Maryland, and we are located in North Carolina! I asked him if he was supposed to be doing any work at this property; and he replied that he did not know until he talked to our maintenance supervisor. Slick salesperson!
